As a company we think it is important that social workers undertake continuing professional development. We will therefore encourage and make available training opportunities for our workers. 2. I’m a qualified social worker and now I want to work as an independent social worker, what flexibility will I have in regard to work?
You have the choice whether to work full or part time.
3. What support will I have?
We provide regular supervision and yearly appraisals. We also employ a human resources adviser who can help with any employment issues that you may have.
4. What financial support will I receive?
