Social Work Inc is a social work agency founded in 2002 to provide qualified social workers and frontline social work resources for Childcare and Mental Health Services.Serving Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, our Social Work Agency provide Independent, Qualified Social Workers with extensive experience in the public sector. All our social work assistants receive induction training and social work specific training before commencing work.
We provide continual monitoring and support to all social workers to ensure high practice standards and all employees receive regular supervision and appraisals.
Social Work Inc offer:
- Intensive support packages and assessment in complex child and family cases.
- Support and intervention which address parenting issues, environmental issues, behavioural issues, substance misuse issues and mental health issues for parents and children.
- On-going support for particularly vulnerable families.
- Out of hours service.
- Specific assessments - Form F, Form E, Core Assessments, Special Guardianship Section 7 and Section 37.
- Sickness can hit a team hard. We can help by providing experienced workers for a fixed period.
